Minimum Lease Term

There is a six month minimum lease required for all covered boat slips:

 Jan 1 - June 30
July 1 - Dec 31

Please note that all vessels are required to maintain insurance throughout the term of their lease or occupancy at Larson’s Marina Proof of insurance requirements will be detailed within the final lease.

Submission of a reservation request here does not guarantee a space until a lease is executed between tenant and manager.
